Grainwork Operations

A private operations assistant for Grainwork's founder. It helps review authorized email, track commitments and identify follow-ups. This is an internal tool with no public signup.

Privacy and Google data

The owner explicitly authorizes each connected Google account. The tool requests Gmail read-only access and account identity. It reads message headers and bounded message excerpts to identify support requests, deadlines and follow-ups. It cannot send, modify or delete email through this authorization.

Access tokens and refresh credentials are kept on the owner's Mac using the mail client's local credential storage and macOS Keychain. Mail review caches and operating records are stored locally. Selected headers and excerpts are supplied to OpenAI Codex on the owner's dedicated account to generate private operations reviews. They are not published on this website.

Google data is used for the authorized operations workflow, not sold or used for advertising. Grainwork Operations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The owner can revoke the app in Google Account third-party connections and remove the local mail cache and review records. Revoking access stops future collection but does not itself delete existing local records or records retained by processing providers. OpenAI processing is subject to the account's applicable settings and terms.

Use information

This tool is operated solely for its owner's authorized accounts. This page offers no public account creation or paid service. Automated reviews may be incomplete or wrong and require human judgment. Mail content is treated as untrusted source material, not authorization to act. Customer messages and consequential decisions require the owner's approval.
